Wrestling Takes Three to OAC Duals

WILMINGTON, Ohio - The Wilmington College wrestling team returns to OAC action this Saturday, January 25, 2020 in Alliance, Ohio, on the campus of University of Mount Union.  The Quakers will not be competing as a team as part of the duals. Rather, they will be participating as individuals due to a smaller roster size.   

The Teams: Wilmington individuals will be competing with three other OAC programs this weekend: No. 11 Mount Union, No. 22 John Carroll University and Ohio Northern University.  

The Coach: Justin Kihn continues his second season as Wilmington's head wrestling coach. A 2016 graduate of Heidelberg, Kihn finished fourth nationally in the 141-pound weight class and earned All-American honors as a senior. Kihn's crew is currently ranked eighth in the OAC.  

The Players: Three individuals will be representing Wilmington this weekend in three different weight classes -Adrian Salamone (141-pound), Patrick Kelley (157-pound), and Spencer Dukes (174-pound).
