Wrestling Heads to Baldwin Wallace Saturday

WILMINGTON, Ohio - The Wilmington College wrestling team will compete at the Baldwin Wallace University Invitational on Saturday.

The Teams: Wilmington will be joined by host Baldwin Wallace along with other NCAA Division III members Case Western Reserve University, Defiance College, Ohio Wesleyan and Thiel College. Lourdes University, Mcerhurst Northeast and Wheeling Jesuit University will also be competing in the meet.

The Coach: Justin Kihn enters his first season as Wilmington's head wrestling coach. A 2016 graduate of Heidelberg, Kihn finished fourth nationally in the 141-pound weight class and earned All-American honors as a senior.

The Players: The Quakers will have five individuals - Gabe Obregon (133 pounds), Issa Khalil (197 pounds) and Seth Jermer (285 pounds) competing in various weight classes in the open. Jermer and Wilson recorded wins at the Adrian College Open last weekend.
