HOW IT HAPPENED
• Otterbein was led by Katy Williams scoring four goals on the evening with four additional players each scoring three goals apiece. Wilmington was unable to get into an offensive flow in part to a great defensive effort put forth by Otterbein
• In the second half Wilmington was held scoreless again and struggled to get anything going on the offensive end while Otterbein continued the offensive attack.
• Defensively, freshman Kara Griffith (Lebanon, OH/Lebanon) was able to cause three turnovers and pick up two ground balls.
• Sophomore goalie, Megan Wieloch (Canton, MI/Plymouth) allowed 17 goals while totaling 12 saves on the afternoon.
