WILMINGTON, Ohio – The Wilmington College women's basketball team returns to Fred Raizk Arena on Wednesday for a 7:30 p.m. Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) showdown with Muskingum University.

The Teams: Wilmington and Muskingum. The Fightin' Quakers are looking to snap a three-game OAC losing skid after a 90-63 loss at Baldwin Wallace University on Saturday. Wilmington stands at 7-6 overall and 2-4 in conference play. The Fighting Muskies are 6-7 overall and 2-4 in the OAC. Similar to Wilmington, Muskingum has opened 2018 with a pair of losses – 80-66 vs. Marietta College and 72-68 vs. Heidelberg University.

The Coaches: Jerry Scheve is in his 28th season as head coach of the Wilmington women's basketball program. Scheve, who guided the Quakers to the NCAA Division III National Championship in 2004, has amassed over 450 career victories. Beth Fox has been the head women's basketball coach at Muskingum for 13 seasons. The 1998 Bluffton University graduate received a master's degree from Bowling Green State University in 2002.

The Players: Mackenzie Campbell leads the Quakers in scoring at 14.3 points per game while also grabbing 6.4 rebounds and dishing out 2.7 assists per contest. Emily Harman leads the squad in rebounding at 6.8 boards per contest while McKayla Binkley and Savannah Hooper both score over 8.0 points per game. Hooper joins Campbell in passing out 2.7 assists per contest. Olivia Besancon and Alexandra Carson combine to average over 30.0 points per game for Muskingum. Dana Parkman and Stephanie Clark both grab 8.1 boards per contest.

1,000-Point Club: Mackenzie Campbell became the 13th women's basketball player to score 1,000 career points as she crossed the plateau against Capital University last Wednesday.
