DELAWARE, Ohio – The Wilmington College men's track & field team sent its 4-x-400-meter relay team to compete at the All-Ohio Outdoor Meet hosted by Ohio Wesleyan University on Saturday.
Wilmington's squad of Luke Richardson, Colin Myers, Elliot Phillimore and Adam Knaub placed third in the event with a time of 3:21.77, marking the Fightin' Quakers' top performance in the event by over two seconds. In addition, Wilmington nearly caught Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) foe Otterbein University as the Cardinals' relay squad finished the race in 3:21.11.
The Quakers will have one more tune up, at the Wittenberg Invitational next weekend, before the OAC Outdoor Championships at the end of the month.
