The Wilmington College men's basketball team takes to the road 7 p.m. Wednesday, facing in a pivotal OAC meeting. Wilmington is trails Baldwin Wallace by one game, and a three other teams by two games as it attempts to reach the OAC tournament.

NCAA SERIES: Wilmington trails the NCAA series, 21-18, but has dominated the recent portion. The Fightin' Quakers have won 13 of the last 15 meetings between the two schools.

MEET THE MUSKIES: Muskingum has lost four of its last five games since winning at Fred Raizk Arena on January 11.

In their most recent game, a 84-69 loss to John Carroll, freshman Marcus Demsey led the team with 19 points, followed by Rickey Wilson's 16 and 12 from Joshua Keyes.

Sophomore Jarrell Marsh leads the team with 19.2 points and 2.8 assists, while Dempsey is second with 16.1 points.

Keyes is one of two Ohio Athletic Conference players averaging a double-double with 11.3 points and 11.0 rebounds.

THE LAST MEETING: The Wilmington College men's basketball team couldn't hold a late lead on January 11, and fell to Muskingum, 81-77, in Ohio Athletic Conference action at Hermann Court in Fred Raizk Arena.

Freshman Noah Chatman (Goodluttsville, TN/Beech) finished with a team-high 14 points and three rebounds as all 12 players that played scored. Sophomore Will Patrick (Chester, PA/Pickerington Central (OH)) added 10 points, three rebounds and two assists.

Three players – junior Christian Jones (Hamilton, OH/Hamilton), junior Nathan Scott (Sardinia, OH/Eastern) and freshman Kameron Moore (Cincinnati, OH/Purcell Marian) – all had nine points. Scott added a team-high six boards.

GREAT SCOTT: After recording back-to-back 20-point games, junior Nathan Scott have found defenses turning their focus to him more off the bench. He has totaled just seven points in the two games since.

GIVE ME MOORE: Freshman Kameron Moore has given the Wilmington frontcourt a tremendous boost since transferring in over break. He is averaging nine points in his nine games, but he starting to show his potential as he gets comfortable with his surroundings. Moore tallied a career-high 17 against Ohio Northern, and has scored at least nine points in five of the last six games. 

DOUBLE FIGURES: Wilmington enters the game with four players averaging more than 10 points. Junior Christian Jones leads the way with 12.1 points, while sophomore Nathan Scott is right on his heels with 11.3 points.

Freshman Noah Chatman is third with 10.9 points and sophomore Andrew Russell fourth with 10.8

EFFICIENT FROSH: Freshman Noah Chatman currently leads the Ohio Athletic Conference, making 66.7 percent of his attempts. Earlier this season, he set a Wilmington NCAA-era record with 14 made field goals. Chatman just missed the NCAA rankings eligibility of 5.0 FG made, converting 4.9 field goals.

WE ROLL DEEP: Wilmington's rotation features 11 players that are averaging at least 10 minutes per game, and only one player - junior Christian Jones - averaging more than 25.
