AUSTINTOWN – Wilmington College junior Joshua Chua has earned postseason honors from the Ohio Athletic Conference, the league announced today (Monday, May 15, 2017).

Chua (Lancaster, England/Claremont [CA]) made an immediate impact for the WC baseball team, and was named honorable mention for his efforts.

"Joshua is a fantastic person, first and foremost," said Wilmington College head coach Dan Cleaver. "He has been a leader for us, on and off the field, and we are a better team because of it. I look forward to what he can do in his senior season."

He led the team on most of the offensive categories, average (.320), hits (47), runs (25), doubles (13), homeruns (six) and RBI (29).

His six homeruns were tied for fourth in the league.
