The Wilmington College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) named volleyball player Ariel Goforth as its Player of the Week, for the period ending September 17, 2017.

Goforth (Memphis, TN/Bartlett) was named to the all-tournament team at the Mount Saint Joseph tournament this weekend. Over the course of the tournament, Goforth tallied a career-high 21 kills and 15 digs. This was her first career double-double. 

In recognition of her accomplishments, she will receive a T-shirt from SAAC, and her photo and list of accomplishments will be displayed in Hermann Court.

The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee is a committee made up of student-athletes assembled to provide insight about the student-athlete experience. SAAC protects student-athlete interests and provides a positive image of student-athletes.
