Fred Raizk Arena

Fred Raizk Arena, named after longtime WC Director of Athletics and coach, was built in the 1960s and is home to the Fightin' Quakers' men's basketball, women's basketball and volleyball programs. 

The arena, which is also used for the College's Commencement ceremonies each spring, seats approximately 3,500 fans and features an auxiliary gymnasium for practice.

Fred Raizk Arena has hosted many postseason contests including: Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Tournaments, NAIA and NCAA Division III Tournament contests and Ohio high School Athletic Association (OHSAA) Tournament games.

 

 


 

 

Fred Raizk Arena has been the host for several important basketball games throughout WC's time as an NCAA Division III institution (prior to the 1991-92 season). 

On the men's side, one of the Fightin' Quakers' two OAC Tournament titles was won on the floor of Fred Raizk Arena.

On the women's side, the arena has played host to eight NCAA Division III Tournament games, though none of them occuring during the Quakers' 2004 national title run. Additionally, Wilmington has claimed five OAC Tournament titles at Fred Raizk Arena.
