WC Top 30, #5 Pierce Burnam

After releasing the Wilmington College Top 30 in segments of five, the Wilmington College Athletic Communications department has started releasing the Top 10 individually.

More than 100 people took time to vote in the poll, and here are the results.

#5 Pierce Burnam (Track and Field)

Pierce Burnam had a breakout year during the 2015-16 season and earned All-Great Lakes Region honors en route.

"I expect Pierce establish himself as one of the top hurdlers in both the Great Lakes Region and the country this season," said Wilmington head coach Ron Combs.

He earned All-Ohio Athletic Conference in both the triple jump and the 400 hurdles. Burnam finished his sophomore season ranked 31st nationally in the 400 hurdles.
