The Wilmington College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) named men's swimming junior Frederick Rankin as its player of the week for events played from Nov. 6-Nov. 12.

Frederick Rankin won four events for Wilmington in a 155-41 dual meet victory over Hiram College last weekend. The Frisco, Texas, native was victorious in the 50-meter breaststroke (32.00), 100-meter breaststroke (1:10.78), 50-meter butterfly (29.24) and the 200-meter medley relay (1:56.81) where he was joined by Lawrence Daya, Isak Alin and Logan Schroer.

The men's swimming team travels to the Mid-Season Championships hosted by Ohio Wesleyan University this weekend.
