The Wilmington College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) named women's swimming sophomore Macki leon as its player of the week for events played from Oct. 30-Nov. 5.

Leon was a member of the Fightin' Quakers' 200-meter freestyle relay team (2:00.05) that won the event at double dual with Transylvania University and Wittenberg University last weekend. She also won the 100-meter backstroke (1:12.73) as well as runner-up finishes in both the 200-meter backstroke (2:39.64) and the 200-meter IM (2:41.68).

The women's swimming team hosts Hiram College for a dual meet on Saturday.
